The service we have received from Humphris Funeral Directors has been exemplary. From the care taken by Russell and Louie to move my father to their Chapel of Rest through to his Funeral and Thanksgiving Services. Simon and Emma attended to all our wishes giving excellent support and advice. Nothing was too much trouble. They thought of the smallest details which were so important to ensure everything was exactly as we his family wanted. The care and compassion shown came from everyone at Humphris Funerals. We knew if we had any questions they were only a phone call away. On the day everything ran so smoothly, Humphris Funerals were so attentive but in a quiet and unobtrusive way. Throughout Nikki made sure that the organisation of the funeral was as painless as possible for my daughter and I.

Humphris Funerals of Banbury, have been officiating my family's funerals for sometime - both my Grandparents, my parents & other family members. When it came to my Parents funeral wishes it didn't even cross my mind who would officiate. They are compassionate & professional in every aspect.

Diane was the person I dealt with most of the time but even if I just popped in to drop something off to go in mum coffin you staff were comforting & made feel cared for. The day of the service it was lovely to see familiar people who had supported me through the years after I lost my husband, son and granddaughter. We feel as a family that Humphreys are a team we can trust and know that we mum was cared for with dignity, joy as well as laughter. Even down to having her broomstick placed in the coffin with her.

Sensitive, Compassionate and Caring , thank you so much to Diane, Lorraine and the team. Funerals are always a sad time but the support given at such a sad time helped immensely.

Dear Diane,

Now that we have had a little time to reflect following my father’s funeral, I wanted to write to express my sincere gratitude to you and everyone at Humphries Funeral Directors for the exceptional care you gave our family.

From the very beginning, your kindness, professionalism and compassion made an incredibly difficult time so much easier to bear. Losing my father has been one of the hardest experiences of my life, but knowing he was in such capable hands gave us enormous comfort.

I wanted to particularly thank you personally. Your communication throughout was outstanding. You always kept us informed, responded promptly to every question, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Your attention to detail was remarkable. Every aspect of the arrangements was carried out exactly as we had hoped, and because of your dedication, the entire day ran seamlessly.

Please also pass on our thanks to everyone else involved, including the team in Redditch. Every member of the team we encountered was courteous, respectful and professional, and together you all delivered a truly first-class service.

We found Humphris Funerals delivered excellent service. As we live in Suffolk and only able to travel to Banbury at the weekend Diane very kindly met with us on a Saturday morning. Not many people would have done this and it was greatly appreciated. Everything ran smoothly and Diane was always on hand if I called her. The Celebrant was also excellent and everyone at my aunt’s funeral said how lovely the service was and how it reflected my aunt.

Thank you to all concerned who helped us through this very sad time it was made easier knowing I wasn’t alone and matters would be dealt with on my behalf as I so wished.
