I would like to thank Diane and the team at Humphris Funeral Directors for the exceptional support they provided to our family.

They truly went above and beyond, arranging for our loved one to be brought back from London to Banbury, placing notices in the London area, handling the paperwork required to take ashes abroad, and organising the interment in Berkshire. Every detail was taken care of with professionalism, compassion, and dignity.

During a very difficult time, nothing was ever too much trouble. Diane was always helpful, understanding, and committed to ensuring everything was exactly as we wanted it. Their care and dedication made a huge difference to our family, and we will always be grateful.

I cannot recommend the entire team at Humphris Funerals, Banbury, enough. Two years ago, I retrained as an independent Celebrant and was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work alongside the Humphris team periodically, as I put theory into practice.

Learning from the best in the area, as many Celebrants, Funeral Directors and others have done before me, has been an absolute privilege.

When my Mum passed away very recently, it was all the more comforting to know that she had chosen Humphris to take care of her, just as they had done for my Dad 32 years ago. Their funerals were just a day apart, all this time later.

Thoughtful, compassionate, professional and warm, Simon put everyone at their ease on the day of the service and made sure everything ran smoothly, ably assisted by his wonderful team of bearers. Emma and Diane came to support us too on the day, which was a lovely mark of respect.

When they say it is an honour to support, I have never been in any doubt that they mean it through both their actions and their words. Highly recommended.

The service we have received from Humphris Funeral Directors has been exemplary. From the care taken by Russell and Louie to move my father to their Chapel of Rest through to his Funeral and Thanksgiving Services. Simon and Emma attended to all our wishes giving excellent support and advice. Nothing was too much trouble. They thought of the smallest details which were so important to ensure everything was exactly as we his family wanted. The care and compassion shown came from everyone at Humphris Funerals. Throughout Nikki made sure that the organisation of the funeral was as painless as possible for my daughter and I.

Humphris Funerals of Banbury, have been officiating my family's funerals for sometime - both my Grandparents, my parents & other family members. When it came to my Parents funeral wishes it didn't even cross my mind who would officiate. They are compassionate & professional in every aspect.

Diane was the person I dealt with most of the time but even if I just popped in to drop something off to go in mum coffin you staff were comforting & made feel cared for. The day of the service it was lovely to see familiar people who had supported me through the years after I lost my husband, son and granddaughter. We feel as a family that Humphreys are a team we can trust and know that we mum was cared for with dignity, joy as well as laughter. Even down to having her broomstick placed in the coffin with her.

Sensitive, Compassionate and Caring , thank you so much to Diane, Lorraine and the team. Funerals are always a sad time but the support given at such a sad time helped immensely.
