We recently decided to take out a Pre Payment Funeral Plan for our elderly aunt. We contacted Humphris who were very happy to do this for us and they even travelled to our house instead of us having to travel to them. The lady we saw was Lorraine who was very pleasant to deal with. She explained everything within the plan and answered every question we asked her. We were also delighted that at the moment there is a discount offered for a short period so we were able to save a few pounds. We will definitely recommend Humphris to anyone interested in taking out a plan.

Humphris Funerals handled my mother's recent funeral beautifully. Diane worked with us to decide what kind of ceremony we wanted and Lorraine that ensured that all went well on the day. Throughout everyone was kind, sympathetic, respectful, and very professional. They created a visual tribute to mum with my photographs and helped us find suitable music for the service. Although a sad day, I feel the ceremony did mum proud and am very grateful to all at Humphris for making it such a positive experience.

We found the team to be friendly, helpful and respectful at all times. Diane was available with support and information whenever I reached out to her, always in a professional and empathetic manner. Lorraine conducted the service with respect and discretion, ensuring that all aspects were both dignified and comfortable for the mourners. We thought the Order of Service were beautifully presented and were very pleased with the onsite chapel for the service.

These are difficult days but Humphris really made everything very straightforward and helped Mum pass in style.
